This may seem like a huge leap from selling phones, iPads and com- puters to selling an en- tire vehicle, however, as our cars evolve they are becoming more and more technical, espe- cially as they transi- tion to being primarily powered by electricity in the near future. Soon, we will all be driving a rolling computer to the store instead of a mechani- cal machine. Apples’ position as a leading computer manu- facturer and their market posi- tion as a massive innovator puts them in a position to become a player in the new market of cars. They are more computer than anything else.

happen. Designing and build- ing cars is not a fast process by any means. I for one am excited to see what will happen in this exciting new market.
