You have decided on the date, and you’ve considered whether the ceremony and reception will take place in one location – so let’s look at a few options. If you are having a church wedding or maybe a civil ceremony at the local Register Office, then one idea is to hire the church or village hall. It will be economical and convenient and you can decorate it as you like but be prepared for some hard work getting it ready. And remember that you may have to hire everything from cutlery to tables, and the caterers will need somewhere to prepare food.
