In 2014, thanks to WME donors who provided the funds, we started the construction of an 18-foot by 36-foot church build- ing in Daingan. This will replace the makeshift church building the people have been using for the past 3 years. In fact, I re- ported to you about this church and its pastor in the 1st Quarter World Evangelism magazine in 2014. You may recall there was the miraculous healing of a 30- year-old-man who suffered for 8 years from an extremely swollen lump on his body. The man’s family, Pastor Romy and I all asked in prayer for the man’s healing. In one week the lump was completely gone and he was healed. Praise the Lord who heals, Jehovah Rophe!

Standing in the doorway of his home, this is the man who was miraculously healed by prayer last year.

One major need in this village is water. Water is a necessary commodity for living. We need water for cooking, drinking, bathing, cleaning, sanitation, feeding animals and raising vegetable gardens. Because Daingan is a community on the ridge of a hill (as are most tribal communities in the area), their location is far from rivers and natural springs. We can’t change their location, but we can help their situation. While we can’t drill a water well at Daingan, we can provide 2 large

water tanks with 2,000 Liters (528 gallons) capacity each and add a gutter system at the new church building to store rain water.

As I have reported, the work has a good foundation and is ready for more
