However, the documents, plans and consultant responses are available to be viewed on the Council's planning portal under reference MA/14/504795.
We are delighted to announce that a full detailed planning application for the residential development, known as Roundwell Park, on land adjacent to Cross Keys in Bearsted has been submitted to Maidstone Borough Council.
We encourage anyone wishing to form their own views to review all these documents and give us your feedback.
