Harry Baines has been appointed as Director at Chesterton’s Stamford office. Harry is a highly
regarded estate and land manager with over 18 years experience with Carter Jonas and Strutt & Parker. Born in Stamford, growing up in Rutland, Harry brings extensive local knowledge and contacts. David Hebditch, head of the
rural division, comments, “With land continuing to outperform any other asset class, demand for farmland across the UK is continuing to increase. Whilst demand outstrips supply, we are expecting prices to continue to rise. Harry is a welcome addition to the rural division and his knowledge and experience will be invaluable.” Harry says, “It is exciting to be joining Chesterton Humberts when it is growing the business across all of the divisions. John D Wood & Co. has appointed Suzanne Manzur as Lettings Manager in its Weybridge
office and Rollo Miles as manager of sales in Holland Park. Suzanne, a member of ARLA,
has 12 years lettings experience in Surrey and will work closely with Rosanna Guest of the Esher office and Laura Finnieston at Cobham. estate agency arm in 1993, and was promoted from negotiator to valuer to senior valuer and then to manager. In 2004 I became a bank manager, operating a multi- channel, multi-income streamed business of banking/savings/long- term savings/consumer credit/ mortgages and property,” says Christopher. Following redundancy from
Halifax, Christopher moved to an agency in Leicestershire. Management. Gavin is upgrading to a Masters degree in Project Management while working in technical the due diligence and project consultancy team.
