Vizzihome account, which will allow you access to all properties in the geographic area covered by that account. When you have downloaded the Vizzihome App, you may, using the GPS location facility, search all the properties currently for sale or recently sold in the street or the postcode. You may filter the properties by type
(detached, terrace, etc), by bedroom size, or by how long they have been on the market, or by price. There is also historical data, you can see what homes have sold for. When you have made your selections,
each relevant property will be listed and you can delve even further, what has happened to it week on week – how long on the market, price reductions etc.
