Was it last week we produced the fi rst Different of 2014? It certainly seems like it, but now the clocks have once again sprung forward heralding the offi cial start of summertime although as I snuggle up beside the fi re maybe it hasn’t arrived in Spain yet!
Did you remember to change every clock in the villa? There always seems to be one you forget doesn’t there? With the worst of the cold weather behind us and warmer days to come we do have a long wonderful summer to look forward to and soon I am sure some of us will be complaining that its too hot.
The fi esta season is in full swing with the fallas just gone and perhaps one of the biggest fi estas in Spain Semana Santa at the end of the month it’s a busy time of the year.
The tourists are beginning to arrive on the Costa Blanca again bringing a much needed boost to our local economy. Where would we be without all our wonderful local businesses?
