She is the service desk receptionist and goes out of her way to assist with any problems She speaks perfect English & Spanish so everyone has peace of mind that your problem is being dealt with properly by the garage.
She even made our I.T.V. appointment for us so that we didn’t have the hassle of understanding how to do it.
She doesn’t just sit at her desk like most of them do, she lets you show her the problem and also will move your car for you if you feel uncomfortable maneuvering it inside the garage.
Over the last few years I have felt very confident taking the car to the garage because of her.
