The General Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the boatyard and its associated personnel. The GM will manage the various departments - paint, glass, mechanical, electrical, rigging, carpentry and waterfront. Main responsibilities include selling work, estimating, project management, team building and motivation. The GM must be well versed in repairing boats to ABYC, Coast Guard and NMMA standards. Excellent communication skills required. Candidate must have at least 5 years senior service yard experience. Candidate must
