Welcome to the 2013 winter issue of the Ultimate Canada Magazine. One highlight of this issue is the Team Canada spreads. Morgan Hibbert takes you to South America with a player’s view of the World Games in Cali, Colombia. He talks about the experience, the game play and what it feels like to wear the maple leaf. Toronto hosted the U23 World Championships this summer. We have three authors giving us the inside scoop on what it was like to represent Canada in your home country. From CUC, to CUUC to the USAU series, we have a plethora of club and university teams making headlines. Meet the editor Looking for University Ultimate this winter?
Ultimate Canada is excited to announce the Canadian Eastern University Indoor Series. Registration is now open for the following tournaments:
January 11-12 Niagra Falls Ontario Team Fees $350 (includes HST)
February 1-2, 2014 Kingston, ON Team Fees $350 (includes HST)
March 1-2, 2014 Toronto, ON Team Fees $350 (includes HST)
Each tournament has space for 10 men’s teams and 8 women’s teams. Once registration fee has been received, your spot will be guaranteed. Players must be Ultimate Canada members to compete or pay a one-event membership fee of $10.00.
