Falco Now Provides Gentle Yoga in Naples

M Michelle Falco

ichelle Falco, owner of Naples-based The Yoga Garden, is now providing at-

home, private and small group yoga classes. New clients will receive their first session for $30. In order to ensure that all students receive maximum benefits from her classes, Falco only schedules up to four people per class, allowing students to work together if they prefer practicing with a friend. “My concentration is the gentle, medi-

tative yoga for mental health,” says Falco, a certified RYT- 200 hatha yoga teacher who credits yoga for aiding in her personal recovery from Lyme disease, adding that yoga also strengthens the body, increases flexibility and creates whole- body well-being. “My focus is on beginners, the older gen- eration and those who suffer from stress, anxiety and panic. I create personalized sessions to fit each client’s needs.”
