being. Willow essence helps release attachment to the role of victim and promotes self-responsibility and forgiveness. It is particularly useful for those people who say, “I just can’t seem to let this go.” Pine: Those who have turned their criticism (attack)
inward make themselves wrong and then punish themselves with guilt and shame. They never “measure up” to an illusory standard of imposed perfectionism. Pine essence brings relief through a shift in perspective that one is a sacred being, and all imagined standards are thus rendered meaningless. Acceptance and forgiveness of oneself can then be whole-heartedly chosen. Mimulus: Fears of or over-sensitivity to specific things,
people, activities, situations or bodily conditions all come from misperception. Fear of anything indicates your belief that it is real and has power to hurt you – an ego viewpoint directly opposed to the truth that as a divine being, you are not subject to any illusion. Mimulus brings a vibration of courage to really look through the fear and discover its unreality. In combination, these six essences provide excellent support for anyone desiring to unmask the ego’s deceptions and forgive its projected illusions. Personal relationships begin to shift, and one eventually realizes the only real relationship that exists is with the one Self, of which we are all a part. What is projected from the unforgiven unconscious mind we now see more clearly with the eyes of Love, and our inner spiritual guidance shows us the path to forgiveness. Sequential “issues” appear to arise over time, but now we know they have no real power over us, and the forgiven path through life is much more peaceful and joyful. Acceptance of and gratitude for all those who are in our lives, without exception, become our way of being. Resistance to what unfolds and judgment of others’ words or actions drop away as we lose interest in trying to fix the projections, choosing instead to change our minds about what we see through forgiveness. And so the answer to the questions posed earlier about
handling any seeming relationship conflict points to a whole- hearted desire to see the situation from the highest perspective. Flower essences help to maintain intention by demonstrating to us the value of such a choice, and the decision to be guided by Spirit reveals the path to forgiveness and the harmony and peace we seek.
Personal Notes: I would like to share some personal testimony for the healing of deeply resistant relationship issues through forgiveness and flower essences. A few years ago, prior to studying A Course in Miracles (ACIM), I had a long-standing mouth area inflammation with painful cracked dry red skin. I had tried every herbal, homeopathic, supplemental, and energy healing modality I could think of. None of those remedies gave lasting results. After beginning formal study of ACIM and applying its thought system to my life, I began taking a flower essence formula containing the essences described above, and was able to choose forgiveness of a relationship in which I had harbored buried outrage. Within minutes I could feel the inflammation disappear, and within days redness disappeared, and shortly thereafter, there was no trace of the physical effects of the ego-justified mind-state, and there was a greater feeling of loving inclusion for that person and gratitude
for their role in leading me to the choice for forgiveness. During the same time frame, another issue surfaced with a
loved one who appeared to contribute to my feeling “less than special” during a holiday event. Using the same flower essence formula, I kept choosing to forgive, while every 5 minutes or so ego would return to the same unforgiven thought train. It took about 4 hours, each time getting closer to the unconscious issue holding the pattern in place. Finally, with a no-matter-what attitude, an underlying belief came to light regarding a family contract with ones who had passed, whose memory was being dis-honored by the loved one’s seeming indifference. Forgiveness allowed all residual emotional content to dissolve, not only regarding the loved one present but also those no longer with us in form.
