Learn how to make your own Chocolate Decorations for your Christmas tree with Janet Lewis Chocolates. You’ll learn how to temper chocolate to make it crisp and shiny and then create your own decorations to take away. £7 per person

Expert Hannah Stephen from Homemade by Hannah will be showing you how to decorate the best dressed cupcakes in town as well as learning to make your own decorations. £6 per person
Butchery with Gerald David Butchers
Last year 15 year old Alfie David showed us how to butcher half a pig into its component joints and this year’s he’s back with more incredible knife skills and knowledge. A really popular workshop – don’t miss it! £5 per person
How to make the Perfect Scone 2:30 – 3:15
Festival favourite Richard Hunt now runs the Devon Scone Company making 6000 scones per week and exporting all over the place including to the ex-pats of Singapore in search of their own little bit of Devon. Richard will teach you how to make your own perfect batch of scones and we’ll crack open some clotted cream and jam to enjoy them £5 per person

Perfect Fish Filleting In this hands-on workshop, Dartmouth’s fishmonger Mark Lobb will be passing on his expert tips for filleting round and flat fish. We’ll then cook up the fish to enjoy with some luscious tartare sauce and lemon juice. £7 per person
