R

egular frequenters of Yoga Sanctuary, just off IH-10 in Leon Springs, love Hope Cowgill’s cozy studio. Steady

growth and a bevy of new class options has Cowgill transitioning into a new studio this month, and changing her business name to “inBalance.” Cowgill’s new inBalance studio is just a couple of doors

down from her Yoga Sanctuary location. inBalance will have the same address at 23535 IH-10 West in the Boardwalk Shopping Center, but she’s moving from Suite 1206 to Suite 1203. The new location will offer more space for classes, which is needed due to newly added class options. Yoga and Pilates will continue to be available, and Cowgill is adding group reformer classes, Booty Barre®
