Stutts, CFP® to the Solamere Advisors team. Michele brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services arena. Her background includes wealth management, financial planning, tax, credit and banking expertise.
She spent 18 years at NationsBank, now Bank of America, managing the company’s expansion of Private Bank- ing services in the southeast. Michele obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville where she was a four-year collegiate athlete on the Women’s Varsity Basketball team. She then went on to earn a Master’s of International Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.
A member of the Charlotte com- munity for over 22 years, Michele has been involved with several volunteer organizations, mostly recently serving two consecutive terms on the Board of Directors at Charlotte Country Day School (CCDS) and also participating on both their Investment and Finance committees. She has been a long- standing member of the local Financial Planning Association (FPA).
Over the years, Michele’s passion for youth sports has led her into coaching roles at numerous non-profit organiza- tions around town to include serving as Head Coach for the Girls’ Varsity bas- ketball program at CCDS. We value the

2013/2014 Board of Directors About Women Executives Women Executives (WE), founded in 1977, is a diverse group of accom- plished professional women whose mission is to support and nurture each other’s personal and career growth. Members are senior executives in corporate, entrepreneurial, sales, non- profit and professional positions in a wide variety of industries and organi- zations in the Charlotte metro area.
Celebrating 35 years in 2012, WE’s mission is to support and nurture members’ personal and career growth through a variety of activities including monthly speakers, informal network- ing, affinity groups and community outreach. While its 250 plus member- ship is already highly involved in the community in leadership and philan- thropic roles, members also share their success and experience by supporting WE’s 501(c)(3) affiliate, Women Execu- tives in Community Service (WECS). This group provides scholarships and mentoring support for Women Initiat- ing and Nurturing Growth through Scholarships (WINGS).
