comparison to your competitors or similar businesses? We deal with some very stressful situations that often need immedi- ate attention. Attorneys address legal questions and advise clients. However, if an attorney is unavailable which is sometimes the situation, just listening and calming the fears of a client is the job of being the client advocate. It is unique for a law firm to have a client advocate on staff and benefits the cli- ent by having that personal service.
Do you do any charity or non profit work? Community Service is a core value to Krusch and Sellers. For five years our team of attorneys and paralegals deliv- er Friendship Trays to the homebound elderly once a month. We also are very proud of our annual “Sharing With Shoes” event. Invited guests are asked to bring a new pair of sneakers that will go to one of the 4,770 homeless chil- dren who attend Charlotte Mecklen- burg Public Schools. “A Child’s Place” identifies these students and distrib- utes them. Krusch and Sellers hopes to reach the goal of 500 sneakers for these children in need especially dur- ing the upcoming winter months.
