Learning through play at Little Tigers Day Nursery


At Little Tigers Day Nursery and Pre-Schools the children are busy all year with different and exciting activities. They have the opportunity to take part in cooking sessions, story sack events, visits from Woodgreen Animal Shelter, Vivacity library, Companion Care Vets and the local Police Community Support Officers. They have also have access to a professional dance teacher, Sports coaching sessions, French and Spanish lessons, baby ballet and sing & sign groups all carried out by qualified practitioners.


2013 sees the introduction of extended hours in ‘Panthers’ pre-schools which will be open from 9am-3pm and the ‘Lions’ pre-school is open from 7.45am-6pm. Tiny Tigers has 12 baby spaces and Little Leopards has 20 spaces for 2-3 year olds including spaces for children accessing 2yr


old funding across Peterborough. The nursery has spaces for children aged 2 weeks to 5yrs and holiday club for 5-11yrs.


At Little Tigers Day Nursery children’s interests and likes are taken into account at all times to ensure every child can learn whilst having fun in a friendly and safe environment. They support all languages to encourage communication and thinking to help each child have a positive experience in their earliest years.
