What’s on in Northampton What’s on down YOUR way?
Northampton seems to be the main area of activity for 50+ in the County. Please, get in touch if you feel that you could organise just one event in YOUR area, maybe a coffee morning, lunch at a pub or whatever. Alternatively, you could send in details of charity/community events in your area, that would be much appreciated, details can then be put on the web-site or in the newsletter. Loneliness and isolation are not good for your health, so come on put your thinking caps on and get in touch so that everyone can get out and about and ENJOY themselves. New - Kingsley calling!
Several residents in the Kingsley and surrounding area have expressed a wish for activities to be put on in this vicinity. So it would be a very good idea to get together and find out what people would like.
Interested? Then come along to ‘Heathers’ Kettering Road (Next to County Florists and almost opposite St Matthews Church) on FRIDAY 23rd August at 2pm. Heather makes delicious cakes at VERY reasonable prices. So please come along and meet your Northampton Activity Co- ordinator (she lives in the area) to discuss the options.
