Unique Workshop at Monarch Therapy M

LLC, in Naples, will host a unique, multi- sensory work- shop featuring experts Carrie Sopko and William Ward, who are partnering to offer a special integrative, simultaneous session of Transformational Breath and Ocean of Sound Healing from 5 to 7 p.m., August 11.


A certified transformational breath facilitator and Reiki Master/ teacher, Sopko teaches Transforma- tional Breath, a specific breathing pattern that accesses the subcon- scious to open up to higher levels of consciousness and awareness that can be integrated into daily life, releasing emotional blockages, suppressions and repressions at deep levels. The vibrations from singing


crystal and Tibetan bowls also engender emotional healing. Ward, who recently opened Ocean of Sound, a new spiritual center in Punta Gorda, explains, “Everything in the Universe is vibrating, like a huge orchestra playing a master- piece. When we recognize this, we notice our relationship with the conductor/composer… the one who wrote and now conducts the mas- terpiece. The divine sound of the singing bowls helps us to remember our connection/relationship that was always there, [and] to energize and bring a peace beyond under- standing.”
