Pearl Motor Yachts’ ground- breaking Pearl 75 has received worldwide acclaim after being named as the best Motor Yacht under 25 metres at this year’s International Yacht & Aviation Awards. The accolade, which rewards the best in design from across the globe, was awarded to the luxury yacht builder and Kelly Hoppen MBE at a ceremony on Friday 19th April 2013. In a special collaboration with award- winning designers, Kelly Hoppen MBE, and renowned yacht designer, Bill Dixon, the Pearl 75 brings new levels of style, sophistication and features to this
sector of the motor yacht market. Kelly’s well-known design ethos of balance, sophisticated use of texture and trademark neutral colour scheme is featured throughout the fresh and contemporary interior of the Pearl 75. Commenting on the win, Kelly Hoppen, MBE, said: “Winning this prestigious award is an incredible honour. It is testament to the fact that we have created a unique and class-leading interior that not only mirrors Pearl’s unrivalled quality and exhilarating performance, but also reaffirms their position at the forefront of innovative yacht design.”

The Awards’ longevity has been achieved by constant reinvention. Recent years have certainly celebrated the wide diversity of design talent that now inspires hospitality.
Athos Group, the team behind one of London’s most exclusive new developments, Henry Moore Court, has announced the appointment of Linley Interior Design for one of its primary apartments. The boutique development comprises two houses and 13 apartments around a central courtyard. Located off the King’s Road in Chelsea, five of the apartments at Henry Moore Court have been reserved already, and there has been great interest from potential purchasers from Dubai, Moscow, France and the UK. The development will be complete and launched in early Summer. The
brief for Apartment Ten, a 4500- square-foot lateral apartment, was to create an elegant, liveable home using the finest furnishings and materials, catering for the tastes and lifestyles of discerning clients. Linley Interior Design used a soft neutral palette with rich timbers and accents of bold colour to create a harmonious, relaxing environment. The contemporary design comprises a mixture of sourced furniture and fittings from around the world with key Linley bespoke pieces, such as the taupe linen clad tall-boy cabinet in the reception room, with the bronze metal band around the centre.
