ARTS AND CRAFTS COLLABORATION
This project sees the original conversion of a turn of the century Arts and Crafts nursing home in leafy Hampstead, North London, carried out by KSR Architects in 2003. From the renovation emerged three stunning homes equipped for luxurious modern living. In 2010 the owners of two of the houses agreed to collaborate and approached KSR Architects to add basement extensions, providing luxurious leisure facilities to further enhance the properties. Folio Design worked closely with the clients and KSR to carry out a full interior design service for the new basements as well to the existing living room, bedrooms and study for one of the houses. The appointment included the commissioning and integration of artwork, specialist joinery, lighting and furniture, and was completed last year.
