and inspire them to get to the root of their imbalances. “All of the strategies taught in this course,” explains Lesinski, “are geared towards fitting within your busy life as a family member and/or professional.” “It’s no secret that your physical health rests upon your emotional health and stress levels,” says Lesinksi. “If not careful, you tend to harbor emotions creating deep imbal- ances in the body.
