Virtual Workshop for Sugar Addiction Begins April 15


eth Schupanitz, registered nutrition consultant and certified holistic health


coach, will lead a virtual workshop on April 4 on overcoming their sugar addic- tions. Following the workshop, the attend- ees will participate in a seven-day sugar cleanse, starting April 15. Schupanitz, of Inspiring Health, in Plymouth, has been offering this program four times a year for the past three years. Participants will learn what sugar


is, what it does to the body and how to can gain control over the cravings, low energy and weight gain created by sugar and processed foods. Schupanitz will explain which foods to eat and how to feel empowered to gain control over food and sugar for a lifetime. The skills and knowledge gained from the workshop can be used immediately. Attendees will receive fully prepared grocery shopping lists, a seven-day meal plan and delicious, satisfying recipes. Included are three group coaching calls and a one-on-one coaching call to customize the next steps.


Schupanitz creates individualized nutrition and wellness programs and creates awareness and education about how real, high-quality, whole foods and daily preventative measures can heal the body and provide vibrant health for life.
