Neil Armstrong has left his role as a Talent Manager for Boots’ IT function, to become a Talent Manager responsible for managing a team of recruitment experts in the Talent Pipeline space (Graduate, Apprenticeship, Year In Industry, and Internal Talent Programmes), who will attract and recruit the best candidates for these Programmes.


Adrian Thomas has recently left his position as Head of Resourcing at Network Rail, to focus on his role as Chair of The Recruitment Society, an organisation formed in 1979 that represents the whole breadth of the recruitment industry – from resource planning, through attraction and selection to training and payroll process. Adrian will continue to sit on the AGR Board of Directors.


Will Slemmings has joined the IT team at GRB after graduating from the University of Brighton and working in teaching and management at a language school. As a Resourcer, he will be responsible for sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical IT roles and will


be working with companies of varying sizes.


Rhiannon Jackson has joined GRB’s Graduate IT Desk as a Resourcer after graduating from Sussex University. She will be sourcing software developers, as well as candidates for technical consulting and support roles.


Dan Prosser has joined the Analytical Experienced Hire Division of GRB following his time spent working in a sales role and travelling around South East Asia upon graduation in 2011. As a Resourcer, he will specialise in sourcing high calibre post-graduates across a range of


industry sectors.


Sepha Brook has moved from Barclays Bank as Graduate Recruitment AVP to the position of Graduate Programme Manager at L’Oreal. The role entails the end to end management of four different schemes across 13 business functions.
