• Alcohol is not available anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
• It is common for men and women to be allocated separate areas in the kingdom.
• Many public places such as hotels and restaurants have family rooms where women are served.
•Women are expected to dress cons- ervatively with long skirts, sleeves at elbow length or longer and necklines that are not revealing.
• During business meetings, be aware that many Saudi men will not shake hands with women due to cultural sensitivities, so avoid offering your hand unless you are prompted to do so.
