Good images are vital! Take your own, use a free image service like PhotoPin, or buy images via iStockPhoto or Dreamstime for just a few pounds. Don’t use an image that you do not have the rights to!

Put your social media links in every email newsletter
If your people are on social media (and at least some of them will be), then connect with them there too! Share links in your newsletters and proactively connect with your customers as well.
Include a call to action in EVERY newsletter.
Ask your readers to do something. It could be getting them to click a link to read an article, calling your support line, or asking for more information about a product/service.
