• Law firm Manches LLP has appointed Jonathan Cathie to its Thames Valley corporate


• NewVoiceMedia, a leading provider of cloud contact centre solutions, has announced the appointment of Matt Tuson as EVP Worldwide Sales. The new position follows investment of $20m from Highland Capital Partners Europe, MMC Ventures, Notion Capital and Eden Ventures, which will help accelerate NewVoiceMedia’s global ambitions including opening new offices in North America, where its solutions are already widely used. Tuson will continue to expand the global sales organisation, accelerating growth through new customer acquisition and maintaining successful and trusted partnerships with existing customers. Tuson joins from Salesforce.

• Wokingham-based the Leasedrive Group, the UK’s largest independent privately-owned vehicle management group, has appointed David Foulds (left) to its board as financial director. Dominic Moran (right), account management director at the vehicle management division, has been appointed to the executive board of the group. Foulds was finance director at TransLinc between 2007 and 2011. Subsequently, he was appointed commercial director of the newly-created fleet and passenger services division of May Gurney, following the merger of TransLinc with the existing May Gurney fleet business. Between 2000 and 2005 Foulds held the position of commercial director with recruitment company, Manpower UK. His automotive experience includes roles as finance and operations director at Hyundai Car (UK) and five years as finance director with Lex Vehicle Leasing between 1994 and 1999. Prior to his appointment as account management director of the Leasedrive Group in 2011, Moran had worked for Masterlease UK for 18 years and had latterly held the position of head of strategic and corporate accounts for five years. He joined Masterlease UK from a market research agency after gaining a business studies degree. Within the sales division, he worked in business development, rising to become a business development manager before being appointed head of strategic accounts.
