Discover How You Can Divorce With Kindness and Dignity
Separating from your spouse can be painful and difficult, but it doesn't have to be confrontational. The Collaborative Divorce model allows you and your spouse to work together to:
• Maintain more control over the divorce process - you lose all control if you go to trial
• Protect you own and your family’s privacy - there are no public court documents to file
• Work with neutral experts who care about both of you - no need to hire expensive, competing experts
• Reduce the time and expense of divorce - reach a resolution in months instead of years
• Seek a fair and equitable settlement for both spouses - make it a win-win instead of a lose-lose
• Provide a child specialist to focus on their best interests - make this difficult time as easy as possible on your children
“In the Collaborative Process we work to
create positive solutions to divorce, while
maintaining the dignity of the family in a
confidential setting.”
