TC Kids Fieldhouse Fun Run – 9am first race. Races will be held on the same track U of M athletes practice on. Run the Half Mile or Mile or give a relay a try. Races begin with the youngest age groups and run in ascending order. Relays are made up of multiple age groups. New this year is a Pre-Schooler and Parent Wave for kids 4 years or younger. Caring for the Caretaker Workshop – 10am- 12pm. A 2-hr workshop on self-care. With aroma- therapy, meditation, sharing, yoga and a labyrinth walk caretakers will let go of worries and enjoy some me-time in the present moment. It takes over the entire Expo Center on the National Sports Center campus – more than 11,000 sq ft of bicycle treasure from BMX and mountain bikes, to vintage road and track racing equipment.
