Monarch Therapy Offers Special Workshops

M

onarch Therapy,

LLC, begins 10 weeks of new skill-building workshops at House of Gaia this month, in- cluding Positive Parenting and age-specific children’s groups with Jill Emmerich, BCaBA, and children’s and family yoga with Salima Silverman. The practice is also hosting a Couples Workshop, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., February 9; and a Guided by Your Internal GPS workshop, from 6 to 9 p.m., February 14. Rodgers says, “Every year, the

fourth generation of a specific breed of monarch butterfly travels up to 2,500 miles to the same location, using only their internal GPS. If such small creatures can find and follow their purposeful path, so can each of us, as the related workshop will inform.”

Whether participants are deter- mined to keep a relationship flame burning or trying to reignite the spark, the Couples Workshop can help, focus- ing on topics such as communication, conflict resolution, financial peace, stress management, creative connection and integrative relaxation.

Costs: Couples Workshop – $225/cou- ple, $400 for two couples; Valentine’s Day Workshop – $30/person, $50/ two people. Location: 4500 Executive Dr. For more information or to register, call 239-325-9210, email Kimberly@ MonarchTherapy.com or visit Monarch- Therapy.com, Facebook.com/Monarch- Therapyllc or LoCalendar.com/public/ monarchtherapy.
