Our camp directors and counselors are dedicated volunteers. Some are clergy persons, others are lay persons. All are trained and screened in keeping with the Safe Sanctuaries policy in order to provide the best possible camping experience for our campers. Starting in 2013, Blue Mountain will have hired staff in combination with volunteers. They will also have a Minister-in-Residence each week that will stay at the site.
