1. Fundraise
There are a variety of ways you can fundraise to earn money so that your children/youth can go to camp.
2. Get a Voucher Code
What is a Voucher Code? A new Voucher Code is issued by the request of the church each year. It acts as an immediate payment for camp registration. A statement is mailed to the church in the beginning of August and payment is due mid- September. The Church can request any denomination, i.e. a 50% voucher code will require the parent to pay the other 50% of registration. 100% will cover all expenses by the church. Or, they can request a dollar amount, such as $100 per camper. There is no limit to the amount of voucher codes a church may request to fi ll the different needs of the children and youth. Please note that a cancellation that uses a 100% voucher will still be responsible for the $50 non- refundable deposit.

How can Churches help send their children and youth to camp?
What is Diff erent?
The fi rst big diff erence is that we no longer call it just a “Camp Book”. We off er a variety of conference events throughout the year for young and old, so we have changed the name to CRM (Camping and Retreat Ministries) Events Catalog. We also have a new
registration system that will allow you to save your information year after year.
We have summer camps for our children and youth, adult retreats, CCYM events and other Conference sponsored events listed. If there is a camp code listed on the event, i.e. J923 then you will register at
www.mocamps.org.

Sibling Discount
This discount is based PER REGISTRATION, PER FAMILY. One discount per registration allowed; i.e. If registering one child for Sports camp and another in a parent/child class, the $20 discount for the 2nd sibling registration will apply. These discounts do not apply to the Family Camps that are offered. Please see Page 3 for the rates for Family Camp.
Here are the discounts for multiple sibling registrations:
$15 for 2nd sibling $30 for 3rd sibling
$40 for 4th sibling and so on... Bring a Friend Discount
Have you been to camp before and want to bring a friend that has not been before? There is a $25 discount if you bring someone to camp that has not been before OR has not been in at least 3 years. The discount on a new camper can only be used once, i.e. if Jane and John both want to bring Susie to camp, only Jane OR John can use the discount - not both. Camper’s name must be listed at time of registration to receive the discount.

in. Health forms and registrations will also be available to print from our website at
www.mocamps.org and choose Forms from the table on the left of the screen.
Registration begins January 7th. How do I pay for camp?
We accept all credit cards thru PayPal® and we accept checks.
