Mountain. Be part of a team, demonstrate good sportsmanship skills, and put your best foot forward as we celebrate our unique strengths in a variety of summer sports/fi eld games. Move your team ahead through reciting memory verses or be one of the fi rst campers up in the morning to earn extra points for your team. Want to live life to the extreme and feel the rush of God’s love as you celebrate camp life to the fullest? We will dive into sports, funny games, loud music & worship events, and lots of radical faith experiences that will challenge you to grow closer to Christ as you live Xtreme at BMC! Activities offered are swimming, hiking, crafts, Bible study, skits, campfi res, talent show, dance night, cookout, and outdoor worship.

Love to hike and backpack, but not sure where to go? Explore the trail hike adventures at Blue Mountain where we will begin with small hikes to condition our legs and feet before hitting the Ozark Trail for a day-long (or overnight) hike of backpacking fun! So lace-up your hiking boots, grab your gear, and head down to Blue Mountain for the camping trip of the season! Campers will enjoy games, skits, campfi res, night hike, talent show, dance night, low-ropes challenge course, cookout, Bible study, and outdoor worship. Led by BMC staff and the Minister-In-Residence Rev. Kent Wilfong.

Come splash in our 16-acre Blue Mountain Lake and have fun learning basic water skills. You’ll get to enjoy canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling, tubing, and playing on the lake toys. Bible study and evening worship will be a part of each day as we grow closer in our relationship with Christ! Camp activities include low-ropes challenge course, hiking, night hike and Frisbee golf. We are sure you will make a splash with new friends here at the water’s edge! Led by BMC

Free This is mandatory training for all BMC volunteer Event Leaders and counselors, but it is also open to anyone interested in volunteering with any one of the four MO camp sites and their summer camps.


3/23 Free Come join us as we fellowship together surrounded by GOD’s beautiful creation at Blue Mountain, as we do some Spring cleaning in preparation for the summer camping season! Lunch will be provided at 12:30pm, alongside daily refreshments.

4/20 Free MO Camps are calling all men to roll up their sleeves, grab their work gloves, and join us at Blue Mountain as we gather together to prepare for our summer camping season! We will be providing refreshments and lunch for all that participate in the work day, where a variey of service projects will be taking place on-site. So come join in the fun of fellowship as we serve the Lord with gladness!


5/11 $50 Come be a part of the 1st Annual Blue Mountain Center Benefi t Golf Tournament. This 4-person captain’s choice will help raise support for our BMC camper scholarship program, where all proceeds will help less fortunate children have the same opportunity to attend summer camp! Tee off at 9am (location TBA) with a provided lunch from 12 - 1pm. Entry fee includes lunch, cart, greens fee, and all amenities. There will be prizes awarded for 1st -3rd place winners, hole-in-one, and donated prizes throughout the course. Call camp for additional information and club location.

8/9-8/11 TBD Calling all United Methodist Men! We are gathering together in GOD’s name at Blue Mountain Center for a time of faith development, fellowship, and worship. This annual event invites men of all ages to this special time of bonding, as we raise awareness and support for the UMM and the camping ministries within the Missouri Conference! Hope to see you there.

We would love to have everyone join us as we gather for this 2nd Annual celebration where we share our blessings together in Christian fellowship and feel the beauty of God’s creation surround us.


12/14 Free O’ the weather outside is frightful, and the season is so delightful! So if there’s no place to go… let us show you the way to Blue Mountain for our Annual Christmas Celebration. What a wonderful time to spread cheer with crafts (maybe even a snowman or two), Christmas songs, holiday luncheon, the reading of the fi rst Christmas story, and wrapped up with a jolly worship time!!!

Join us for a jam packed week of SOS as we feel the drama come alive, hear instruments unite in praise, learn choreography, and blend voices together for Blue Mountain’s fi rst summer musical “Herbie and the Good News Garden.” All parents and church families are invited to see the full production on Saturday at 3pm in BMC’s Tabernacle. We invite all campers to audition for SOS and be a part of God’s Good News as we unite our talents to “Show One Sound” for His glory!
