Earth Reconnection Training with Janet Weisberg

Janet Weisberg

anet Weisberg, LLC, BS, certified trauma- tologist and licensed massage therapist, is hosting a Project NatuReConnect (PNRC) guide training program for 10 weeks, begin- ning in January 2013. Two-hour classes, to be held on Saturday or Sunday afternoons, based on group consensus of registered attendees, will culminate with participants serving as PNRC guides at the annual Earth Day celebration on April 20 at Koreshan State Historic Site, in Estero.

J

Weisberg, a Project NatureConnect educator, facilitator and guide, says the program gently assists reconnection to, and appreciation of, nature and the Earth. “It has been my experience that people are starved for this sense of oneness with others and everything around them, because their lives are so fragmented and compartmentalized,” she advises.

Kevin Piotrowicz, a PNCR guide, says, “Project NatuReConnect opened a place in my mind that has always been there. The experiences I participated in renewed the ever-present connection that I have with nature and others. I want to share what I’ve learned with others so that they can share in the peace and joy that is present all around us.”

Weisberg is also looking for organizations and individual volunteers to assist in spreading the word about the project, both before and during the next Earth Day. “Working on behalf of our planet Earth is invaluable and profoundly timely,” she says. “The optimal outcome will be the result of a team of dedi- cated people who share the same vision and want to contribute to its success for the benefit of all.”

Cost: $105, includes two books. For more information and to register, call 239- 280-8229 or email Janet_PeacePrevail@me.com.
