Sunshine Pharmacy Adds New Center and Audio Service

unshine Pharmacy is opening a new Health & Wellness Center at its
Davis Boulevard location in Naples and instituting a new SCRIP TALK audio prescription service there and at its Rat- tlesnake Hammock Road facility. The free system utilizes an audio record- ing device that reads aloud customers’ prescriptions in English or Spanish, reducing potential errors in taking medications due to misreading or not fully understanding written instructions on orders or labels.
To herald the new center, the pharmacy is providing free classes, massages and prizes to visitors at the Davis Boulevard location from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., December 3 to 7; flu and pneumonia clinics at all four pharmacy locations, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., December 4; and a free seminar on the potential harmful effects of sugar, soda and salt, co-sponsored by Cancer Treat- ment Centers of America, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., December 13, at its Good- lette Road facility.
