ndividuals that want to learn more about supplementation and live cell analysis are invited to receive complimentary consul- tations on November 5
and 6 with Dr. Stan Headley, of YOLLO (You Only Live Life Once) Wellness, in Fort Myers. From 12 to 5 p.m., patients can bring in a list of their supplements and Headley will help them understand whether they are taking the right ones. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., he will offer live cell analysis and consultations. Appointments must be made in advance for both types of consultations.
Additional special presentations on thermography, at- tention deficit disorder and weight loss are scheduled during November, and attendees will receive discount certificates for scans and treatment protocols at YOLLO Wellness. Com- plimentary consultations on supplementation and live cell analysis will also be offered during December.

Samudrabadra Buddhist Sessions in November

he Samudrabadra Kadampa Buddhist Center of Fort Myers is offering several meditation classes and special celebrations in both Collier and Lee counties this month. Kadam JoAnn Lawrence will host sessions from 7 to 8:15 p.m. each Thursday in Fort Myers (except Thanksgiving Day) and Friday at Unity Church of Naples. On November 30, a special presentation by Gen Jampa, national spiritual deputy, will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Heart Jewel Puja, Lamrim and Foundation Program classes will also be held in Naples, Fort Myers and Cape Coral throughout the month. At Unity of Naples, Sangha Cherishing Day events will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., November 3, followed by Discover Modern Buddhism, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. On November 10, a Bodhisattva Vows Ceremony and a celebra- tion and party will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with an offering of the Spiritual Guide Puja, from 7 to 9 p.m., in Fort Myers.

Shakespeare and Bluegrass at Alliance for the Arts

lassic lines, written by the Bard of Avon and uttered by young thespians, along with foot-stomping, joyous bluegrass music, will emanate from the Alliance for the Arts’ outdoor stage this month and next. The Gulf Coast Shakespeare Festival
will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., November 17, followed three weeks later by the Palmgrass Bluegrass Festival, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., December 8.
The Laboratory Theater of Florida will present Shake- spearean plays and special scenes performed by area youngsters and acting workshops, plus Renaissance-era jousting combat, music and games. The Acoustic Music Society of SWFL, dba Palmgrass, will feature six regional bluegrass bands and headliner Newtown, from Lexington, Kentucky, performing bluegrass, newgrass and old-time country music.
