ANNUAL GIVING, RESTRICTED


We are grateful to everyone in the OES community whose philanthropy supports the mission of the School and helps place OES among the finest Pre-K through 12 schools in the Pacific Northwest. The following individuals and organizations made gifts designated to special purposes between July 1, 2011, and June 30, 2012.


AASK The AASK (Aardvarks Advocating Skills and Knowledge) program at OES provides an important service to our community, while being a key element in fulfilling the school’s mission to educate students to realize their power for good. The partnership with Beaverton School District is carried out specifically with Whitford Middle School with a focus on school-year tutoring and a summer literacy-based day camp. AASK makes a critical difference in the lives of students who are English Language Learners from low-income families at Whitford and has a profound impact on the OES students who serve as tutors.
