Kids travel just got easier!

Gehry’s Disney Concert Hall at the Music Center is worth a tour even if you’re not attending a concert. The new Grand Park, with its fountain light show and event lawn, extends the performance venues outdoors for four blocks to LA City Hall.
A little further south, L.A. Live, adjacent to the LA Convention Center, hosts live music performances and special events and festivals from smaller venues like Club Nokia to larger venues including the Nokia Theatre, the Staples Center and the outdoor Nokia Plaza.
The Downtown core is full of history and culture, which you can explore on a variety of walking tours. HOLLYWOOD
Tinseltown may be totally kitsch, but that’s part of its charm. Immerse yourself in movie and TV culture by comparing your handprints to Frank Sinatra or Johnny Depp in front of Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. Pose with Jennifer Lopez or Leonardo DiCaprio’s wax figures at Madame Tussauds, or hunt for your favourite stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The best way to get up close and personal with celebrities is to attend a free TV show taping. Some of these take place over the Hollywood Hills in the Valley, where you’ll also find the Universal Studios theme park and Warner Bros Studio Tour.

For Cirque fans, Hollywood’s Dolby Theatre hosts LA’s own cinema-themed Cirque du Soleil production called IRIS which has package deals with a number of hotels and restaurants in the vicinity.
WEST HOLLYWOOD West Hollywood is the home of the famous Sunset Strip, a mile-long stretch of live music clubs and bars that defined the history of rock n’ roll. The tiny city within a city is just 4 square miles, but it has some of the coolest hotels in town, from the classy London West Hollywood, and the hip Andaz to the subdued rocker haven at the Sunset Marquis. It’s also a Mecca for interior design and fashion shopping as well as the hub of gay nightlife along Santa Monica Boulevard.
