Galloping into the wind, for Stacy, could only happen when she closed her eyes and dreamed. For a car accident, at the tender age of six, had leſt her paralyzed from the waist down. Many years later, married with two beautiful children, the dream of riding had always continued to live in Stacy’s heart. T e day came when she shared her dream with Rachel Gokovski at BR Ranch. To her surprise and joy Rachel told her, “You want to ride a horse by yourself? Here we can make that happen, and we will start today.” T at was two years ago and today, at age 38, Stacy is able to ride supervised but unaided.
