Lavastone Resort Community, a village- style environment featuring town houses, villas and condominiums designed as an interpretation of tropical island architecture utilising natural materials and lush landscaping. Meanwhile, Mission Hills Group continues

to invest having recently announced an ambitious mixed-use masterplan entertainment-driven development, Mission Hills Centreville. Located one hour north of Shenzhen, it comprises hotels, offices, parks, shopping malls, clubs and apartments and is slated to open in 2013.
