Cost issues


Aside from the quickening pace of development, the major challenge that service providers face, says Smith, is that perennially thorny issue of cost. “It is the same with any client - they want to have access to a powerful toolset for building their own strategies and they want fl exibility and ease of use. It remains an issue and we take that into consideration. But we feel we have built a comprehensive development so the cost for the end user in terms of building out that infrastructure is minimal. Providing a turn-key out of the box product is something that we have focused on since moving into the FX market.”
