The Lansdowne Club is a private members club in the heart of Mayfair with a focus on sports, social, business and residential, with a membership of over 8,000.


The sports area consists of a 25m swimming pool, cardio and free weights gyms, exercise studio, three squash courts, a fencing salle as well as three treatment rooms. Having recently invested over £3.5m in the area, we are now looking for a dynamic Sports Manager to take the area to the next level.


The Role • Delivering excellent member services throughout the sports area


• Ensuring fully-trained, competent and professional staff are in place


• To be fully conversant with all relevant Health & Safety legislation


• Monitoring relevant Key Performance Indicators against targets


• To be part of the Club management team

Harlow Leisurezone is a large state-of-the-art Community wet and dry leisure centre and we are looking to recruit an experienced and pro-active full time Customer Services Manager. The postholder will undertake a wide range of tasks and duties relating to front and back of house responsibilities as well as manage our reception and its large team of Customer


Service Advisors.


The two key areas of responsibility will be to ensure that our members receive a high standard of customer service and as manager, take responsibility for providing an effi cient and effective operation. Secondly, to lead and motivate our small sales team to generate additional members.


To be our ideal candidate you will have previous relevant experience of working with customers on the front line, sales knowledge, and have exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to organise individuals and teams. The position is rota based and involves some hours of working on the front desk and working a range of our opening hours to include occasional evenings and weekends.
