Taste of Travel
Visit the Taste of Travel theatre for chef demonstrations, tasting sessions and presentations by major caterers and suppliers to
the industry. Located in Hall B1 adjacent to the Airline & Operators VIP Lounge. For more information see the timetable on page 10.
VIP Lounge The VIP Lounge is located in Hall B1 which is available to all airline, rail and train operators attending the show. The lounge will provide free breakfast and lunch that will be served each day of the show. The lounge will also include complimentary wifi internet access.
Mobile App Download the show app to keep up-to-date with what is happening at World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo. Hospitality Evenings The Halls will remain open on Tuesday and Wednesday from 17:00-19.30 when some exhibitors will be providing refreshments and networking opportunities for attendees.
Co-located Event We are pleased to be running the show alongside Aircraft Interiors Expo, the world’s largest exhibition exclusively concerned with airline interior design and airline cabin systems engineering. For more information pick up a copy of the Aircraft Interiors Expo catalogue or make your way into Halls B1, B5, B6 and B7.
Cloakrooms Cloakroom facilities are available in the East Entrance. There is a charge of €1.50 per item.
Cash Machine There is a cash machine at the East Entrance near the Organisers’ Office and also at the South Entrance to Aircraft Interiors Expo.
Internet Zone The internet zone can be located in Hall B1, stand 1D31 where there is also Wi-Fi connection, please refer to the main floorplan to locate the area.
Visitors with Disabilities World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo is located on the ground floor, access to upper levels is possible via lifts or escalators. Please contact a member of the organising team located at the East Entrance for any assistance needed.
Food
There are catering facilities in Halls B1, B3 and B4. There is also a restaurant located in Hall B6 of Aircraft Interiors Expo serving more substantial meals.

The Media Centre is located in Hall B1. CMS Strategic the World Travel Catering & Onboard Service Expo PR agency will be on hand to help all media and exhibitors during the show days.
