If you haven’t done so already real Christmas trees can be recycled by leaving them out for collection on the boundary of your property, on a garden waste collection day.
Christmas cards can be recycled in your green bin or black box.
If you have any unwanted
Christmas gifts or good quality used items such as clothes, toys and books, why not visit our Green Santa Sleigh in the Mall, Maidstone from January 9 to 13.
Gift donations will be accepted on behalf of Age UK and sold in their Maidstone shop.

Snow - During the winter, there is a risk of snow affecting our services. If we get bad weather we will try our best to maintain normal services, but please leave your bins out and we will empty them as soon as possible. Regular updates will be available on our website

One Stop Shop to stop domestic abuse
A new Maidstone One Stop Shop will offer advice to help victims of domestic abuse. Services will include - legal advice and represen- tation, housing information, and police support. Tuesdays, 9.30am –11.30am, from 17 January. Maidstone Community Support Centre, Marsham Street. No prior appointments will be necessary.
