GHBA’s members only trade—the EXPO—was a hit at Sam Houston Race Park on Thursday, November 17, 2011. Thanks to the builders, remodelers and developers who came out to see the latest products and services offered by our 80 associate exhibitors.


Attendees stayed entertained with hourly prize drawings including chances to win cash in the wildly popular Money Ball Horse Racing Game.


The free educational seminar series was also a big draw to the event. Troy Elmore with Sandler Sales Institute helped builders and remodelers channel their inner salesman in his presentation "I Have to Sell to Survive...Now What!?" Later in the afternoon, Dr. Oscar Gonzales explained "Cultural Diversity and Multicultural Negotiations" in the housing industry.
