‘Home for Good’ was recently sold in Towne Lake, a Caldwell Companies development in The home is a
GHBA Benefit Home that is loaded with upgrades and amenities. The majority of the proceeds are benefitting three local charities. Caldwell Companies donated the homesite, and Newmark Homes built its Woodhaven Plan for the fundraiser.
Towne Lake has been developed with outdoor recreation and charm in mind called “TLC” – Towne Lake Charm. The community focuses on fostering active recreational lifestyles, and strengthening strong bonds within families and neighborhoods.
It is nestled within the
heart of the Cypress-Fairbanks area, a haven for active families. Towne Lake is also defined by its distinctive landscaping and timeless architecture. Houses within the community range in price from the $200s to the $600s.
Towne Lake has been designed around a 300-acre recreational lake that connects the community. Upon its completion, it will be Houston’s fourth largest lake. Amenities are geared toward drawing neighbors outdoors. The recreational lake is ideal for skiing and boating. Waterfront attractions include picturesque neighborhood coves, hike and bike trails, and themed park areas.
