Exhibition Management The Organiser’s Office is located in the foyer in front of Hall 101.
Admission
in-cosmetics Asia is a trade event. Admission is by badge only. Visitors registering at the show will be required to complete a registration form. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any person admission to the exhibition. Children under the age of 16, even if accompanied, cannot be admitted into the exhibition.
Transport Free Shuttle Buses Free of charge shuttle vans between the Skytrain station (Bangna Station) and BITEC will be available during 14 - 16 December 08:00 - 18:00 daily. The vans will run within BITEC between the main entrance in front of Hall 103 and the nearest gate to Bangna Skytrain station. The station is within 2 minutes walk from this gate.
Car Parking
Both under cover and outdoor parking space is available at BITEC.
Restaurants and Bars Drinks and food can be purchased from the wide range of good quality outlets located in the Food Court in the Basement of BITEC. There are also 2 coffee and snack points on the show floor.
Business Facilities / Internet Access A business centre is located opposite Hall EH103 in the foyer area.
ATMs (Cashpoints) There is a bank located in the foyer in front of Hall EH103 with full banking services (09:30-18:00) and 6 ATMs (cashpoints) in front of Hall EH104 with a 24-hour service.
Cloakroom We regret to inform you that no cloakroom is available at the exhibition.
First Aid
The First Aid centre is located in front of Hall EH104 with a stand-by nurse and ambulance. Should you require attendance of any of the emergency services, please go directly to the Organiser’s Office.
Lost Property Please report any lost property to the Organiser’s Office.
Problems
If you experience any problems with any of the services during your visit, please let the show team know at the Organiser’s Office.
Admission Policy
1. Only badge-holding visitors who registered online at
www.in-cosmeticsasia.com, visitors who register on the day and exhibitor badge holders will be able to attend in-cosmetics Asia. 2. Visitors should be involved in or have some connection or interest in the Personal Care and associated industries. 3. Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from in-cosmetics Asia.
4. Anyone obtaining an in-cosmetics Asia visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave in-cosmetics Asia.
5. Anyone attending in-cosmetics Asia should carry some form of photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving licence, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organisers which the Organisers may ask to see.
6. No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend in-cosmetics Asia unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. 7. Anyone attending in-cosmetics Asia must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity which may disrupt in-cosmetics Asia. 8. The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from in-cosmetics Asia and Venue who do not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules or who are prohibited from attending under any applicable laws or regulations. 9. Press badges at in-cosmetics Asia are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters and web bloggers associated with the industry. Members of the press may be required to complete an application form and produce accreditation in the form of a photocopy of a recognised press or media card, business card, [NUJ card,] a letter from the editor or an official web address linking to a press release in order to verify their position. Press applications from advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be accepted. 10. Official in-cosmetics Asia photographers will be taking photographs at in-cosmetics Asia. The Organisers shall be entitled to use such photographs, which may include photographs of visitors, for the purpose of marketing in-cosmetics Asia in future.
