Swimming Lesson Registration
Lesson Registration REGISTER IN PERSON OR BY PHONE
Whether you choose to register by phone or in person, the following is required at the time you register:
- Name & birth date of candidate. - Name & birth date of Adult on the account. - Home address including postal code. - Home & business phone numbers. - Program level, session & time. - Course Code # - Alternate choice if first choice is full. Please use the Course Code # to select the course you wish to register in.
By Phone...
- Payment by MasterCard or Visa # only (card expiry date required).
- Receipts available for pick up at the registration location
In Person...
- Payment by cash, cheque, debit card, MasterCard or Visa #.
- Confirmation & payment receipt provided
Lesson Registration Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
Please be sure to register into the correct level. Cancellation Deadlines
- Cancellation of classes with insufficient registration / registrants
begins two weeks before lessons start. - Late registrations may be taken after the deadline for courses that are not full.

- If a class is full, you are encouraged to waitlist your child. Wherever possible new classes will be created to accommodate waitlists.
Payment
- Must be made in full at the time of registration. - Cheques are payable to Recreation Excellence - $20 charge on all NSF cheques. - Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. - We accept Debit Card, MasterCard & Visa.

Credit on Account
- Refunds under $5 will remain as a credit on account for future use by the customer. Refund cheques will not be issued
Refund Policy
Cancellations for Medical Reasons A Medical/Doctor’s Certificate is required. A prorated refund will be credited to the customer’s account for all missed lessons from date of receipt of Doctor’s certificate.
Lesson Cancellations
- Recreation Excellence reserves the right to cancel any lessons with insufficient registrations. - Cancellation of classes will take place the week prior to the start of lessons.
- All efforts will be made to accommodate any registrants displaced by cancellations.
