TRX Fitness Classes TRX TRAINING (for all levels). The versatile TRX® suspension trainer is the cornerstone of these fast paced workouts. We offer basic TRX, TRX Boot Camp, TRX Circuit and TRX & Cycle classes. Check our website for dates and times.


Yoga Hatha Yoga offers participants a practical way of strengthening the mind and body. Learn poses, stretches and breathing techniques with emphasis on the development of strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and relaxation. You will quickly feel the benefits of yoga in your daily life. We offer yoga classes for beginners, continued, fusion, power restorative and theraputic. Check our website for dates and times.


Fitball for Seniors Senior’s Fitball has a main objective of ‘balance’ and its associated factors of physical fitness. This includes activities that will focus on strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination. As Dr. Bocksnick says, ‘I cannot promise that it will all be fun - as ‘medicine’ has to taste bad to be effective - but I will continue trying to make it palatable’. Day Date

Runner’s Training Program includes cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training specifically designed for the beginner or competitive runner. This small group class provides the perfect atmosphere to increase knowledge of running and have fun!

Join us for a fun and creative program designed to develop your child’s skills in climbing, jumping, swinging, balance and locomotion. Acitivites will include use of various gym equipment; introduction of skills using circuits and continuous movement activities. Classes for all ages, from 3 months and up.
