1st Reunion/Wedding/Conventions – 2012 Deadline November 1st, 2011 - Applications of equal priority requesting same date are approved using a “draw” format. - Full rental payment will be due January 31st, 2011. Non-refundable.


3rd Applications received after March 1st will be approved on a “first come” basis. ** TELEPHONE BOOKINGS REQUIRE AMERICAN EXPRESS,VISA OR MASTERCARD PAYMENT **


2nd Family & Adult Social Events – Deadline March 1st, 2012 - Applications of equal priority requesting same date are approved using a “draw” format. - Full rental payment due upon confirmation of booking.
